We’re proud to announce a new addition to the Hassle Free family
At Hassle Free Boilers we have a strong tradition of only working with the most respected, reliable and trusted brands in the boiler business. So far our impressive roster of boilers has carried esteemed names such as Ideal, Vaillant and Worcester-Bosch (who provide boilers to none other than her Royal Majesty The Queen’s Sandringham Estate). However, even the finest teams can always been improved and we’re not ones to rest on our laurels. We have added the European powerhouse boiler producer that is Intergas Heating to our offering of ultra-efficient, eco-friendly boilers.
Intergas has been at the forefront of domestic boiler manufacture in the Netherlands for over 40 years. However, it’s roots can be traced back as far as 1939 when it was involved in the domestic products of a far different nature. At the time the company was known as Machinefabriek van de Wetering (not the catchiest name in the world) and it specialised in manufacturing wooden washtubs and the now obsolete household essential that were laundry wringers. Following the discovery of natural gas in the Northern part of the Netherlands, the company moved to Coevorden in 1961 and, in the mid-sixties, produced its first heating products. In 1989 Intergas launched their first condensing boiler in the Netherlands. A little known fact about the Netherlands is that this was the first country to take the energy efficiency credentials of boilers seriously which massively propelled Intergas forward and made it the respected boiler producer that it is today.
Since their inception Intergas have prided themselves on pushing and demanding innovation, this was epitomised in 1996 with the invention of the two-in-one Double High Efficiency heat exchanger, a true revolution in boiler technology. For the first time, a combination high efficiency boiler, with significantly fewer components than any other product on the market, was available.
Its innovative design eliminated the need for a secondary domestic hot water plate heat exchanger, diverter valve and auto-air vent, all significant sources of possible future component failure. Moreover, thanks to this technology high-efficiency was combined in both domestic hot water and central heating modes. The energy conscious approach to the Intergas boiler design continues to help households save energy and money. The two-in-one heat exchanger is produced in factories in Germany and the Netherlands to Intergas’s exacting standards.
The flexibility of the Intergas HRE boiler has a major advantage in that it is possible to install the hot water system first and connect the central heating system later, keeping the inconvenience of a boiler change to an absolute minimum.
Due to the unique design of the Intergas heat exchanger, the homeowner will still have hot water even if the pump fails.
Intergas has, during the course of the last 15 years, been the natural partner for many Housing Associations. Its products giving customers peace of mind while, at the same time, providing cost effective solutions. The extreme efficiency of the Intergas boiler, coupled to the reduction of heat losses, results in substantial energy savings and carbon emissions reductions. All this means the Intergas HRE boilers offer exceptional value for money.
These values of innovation, reliability and ensuring the upmost convenience for customers are ones we hold in the highest regard at Hassle Free Boilers, which is exactly why Intergas Heating seemed like the perfect company to forge a close working relationship with. As a result of this new bond we can now offer Intergas’ incredible range of boilers to all of our UK customers.
